Because we look to invest in growing markets where property values are growing organically, you get the benefit of appreciation. The second method is Forced Appreciation. We look for properties with a few blemishes so that we can fix the issues, raise rents and drive additional value into the property. What this means is that you're maximizing your returns.
When you Invest passively thru us, you do not have to worry about tenants, toilets or trash. That is our job. We do all the hard work from finding the property, to operating it and ultimately selling it. Along the way we provide regular cash distributions to you and work to increase your equity.
