Cash Flow
The biggest benefit of real estate investing is cash flow, cash generated from operations after all expenses and obligations are covered. Excess cash is distributed to You, our Investors on a regular basis. This means you receive truly passive income, without having to do any extra work.

Equity

The beauty of multifamily real estate is that the Tenants rental income covers the debt and expenses. The result is debt pay down helping you build equity which you realize upon sale of the property.

Tax Advantaged Investing

When you Invest passively thru us, you do not have to worry about tenants, toilets or trash. That is our job. We do all the hard work from finding the property, to operating it and ultimately selling it. Along the way we provide regular cash distributions to you and work to increase your equity. Dennis has been actively pursuing multifamily investments since 1998. He founded the Philadelphia Apartment Network Meetup Group in 2014, which is dedicated to helping aspiring investors enter and understand the multi-family market. Dennis is an experienced real estate investor with 25 years in practice and is currently a General Partner in 3 apartment properties (320 units). He specializes in asset underwriting, and market analysis. He has an extensive Corporate background in business, management, and engineering/logistics team leadership.
