Dennis has been actively pursuing multifamily investments since 1998. He founded the Philadelphia Apartment Network Meetup Group in 2014, which is dedicated to helping aspiring investors enter and understand the multi-family market. Dennis is an experienced real estate investor with 25 years in practice and is currently a General Partner in 3 apartment properties (320 units). He specializes in asset underwriting, and market analysis. He has an extensive Corporate background in business, management, and engineering/logistics team leadership.
