Every Business is centered around at least one product. Ours is Commercial Multifamily Apartments. We review 100's of Apartment complexes for sale every year. We focus on location, favorable demographics, and Age and Condition of the property. Location includes proximity to larger cities, with interstate access via highways and airports. Location also includes sufficient jobs and job growth. Demographics considers crime and poverty rates, average income in the area with an ability to afford projected rents. We primarily look for properties built after 1980 due to bank lending preferences, major system obsolescence and functional obsolescence.

Profit translates to positive cashflow, debt pay down and increasing equity over time. Our complete focus is on delivering on our projections to our Investors. We set operating and performance budgets with the Property Manager and monitor their performance weekly to ensure success. Property success is Your success. We take a longer view on our investments. We look to hold these properties for 5-10 years to allow for changes in the business and economic cycles and to maximize returns to you. Once we achieve our investment objectives, we exit the property and look for another opportunity.
